Shipping Policy
- Orders are taken at least a day in advance for the next day. The website cuts off orders for the next day at 7pm and your orders are shifted to the day after post 7pm. Customers can place orders up-to 1 week in advance.
- We have two delivery time slots of 12pm - 3pm and 5pm - 8pm, your order will be delivered in the given time slot chosen by you. Please note that we can’t guarantee the delivery time. In case of any time constraints, you can choose to pick up the order
- If you are sending a gift to someone, please provide the name and contact number of the recipient for ease of delivery for us.
- Please note that on festivals, special occasions or seasonally busy days, there might be slight delays which we will notify the customers of in advance
- Delivery charges are levied based on the distance and calculated during checkout
