Return & Refund Policy

The Laddoo Wala, upon receiving the orders, prepares fresh products to be sent out for delivery. If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so at least 24 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges, given that the items sold are perishable food products and are prepared specially for your orders. 

If you are dissatisfied with the taste or quality of our products, we encourage you to contact us at support@theladdoowala.com within 12 hours of delivery and provide a clear explanation of your concerns. Your feedback helps us improve our quality. 
Please note that TLW will evaluate and respond to such complaints or concerns, taking into account the commitments made on our website and the inherent characteristics of the delivered product.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability to receive the order. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect details or absence at the delivery address.
